IMPARTATION OF JOY

Sweet Potato Cheesecake with cinnamon buttercream- ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Truly a perfect symphony of flavors. 10/10 hands down!!! I barely have words to describe how good it was, but let me share my husband's experience.

As we were getting ready to cut the cheesecake, Kevin placed vanilla ice cream and cool whip out to enjoy his dessert. It's his preference and normal way of enjoying dessert. He took one bite of this cheesecake and walked the ice cream and whipped cream BACK to the fridge. "I don't even need this. It's THAT GOOD!" Thinking, "That's unusual" , I followed suit, tasted it, and immediately knew EXACTLY what he meant. Flavors that you don't want to alter nor interrupt in any way...at all. And that's a lot, because I don't mind my food kissing (touching) on a plate.  This had to be alone! Just the PERFECT amount of everything!! Seriously, it's a MUST TRY!!! Thank you "iBakeArt" !! Your tag line of "imparting joy" through your baking art is no lie!! My family shared in that experience today!! THANK YOU!!
