Change is Coming!!

For many clients you are familiar with the delicious American style buttercream that has designed hundreds of cakes, cupcakes, and cookies over the years. Starting June 1st, the American style buttercream will no longer be available for cakes, and cupcakes. However it will be available for decorated sugar cookies and sugar cookie kits ONLY! The style of buttercream that will be offered is Italian Buttercream. This buttercream has a perfect balance of flavor, with a smooth luxurious texture. It is a meringue base buttercream, but is completely different from the Swiss style buttercream. 

For the fondant covered cakes, they will no longer have the option of a cake fully iced in buttercream or cream cheese icing underneath the fondant. All fondant covered cakes will be fully iced with a chocolate or white chocolate ganache underneath.

For the Cheesecakes, they will not longer have the option of different flavor buttercream border with a topping. They will come with an option of a vanilla Chantilly Cream border and a topping that enhances the flavor of the cheesecake. Or the cheesecake will come with a topping only.

These changes will not only elevate the experience, but leave your tastebuds wanting more.
